This position is responsible for facilitating OB case management by collaborating with all clinic departments, Medical Director, and Wellness and Prevention Coordinator to assure quality, efficient, and well-managed maternal-child health care for La Clinica del Valle. Prefer experience in community/migrant health; experience working with diverse communities and low-income families; experience and/or knowledge of program development, adult education theories, community and agency services, and common computer software.  Ability to speak and write Spanish/English required.  Applicant is required to possess a current CPR and First Aid certification (required upon completion of training period).  Applicant is required to posses a valid Oregon driver's.  We offer a competitive compensation and benefit package.  Interested applicants should e-mail cover letter, application, resume and references to employment@lcdv.org or mail to:
