La Clinica understands that our patients sometimes have many pressing needs.  To support these needs we have created and compiled several social services. La Clinica staff is trained to help patients access the services they need including:

·          Oregon Health Plan application assistance and advocacy

·          Home visitation for at-risk families

·          Transportation and translation services for prenatal patients

·          Health care outreach to underserved populations

·          Food Stamp Program orientation and referral

·          Migrant Camp Health Care Outreach Program
