WHO: La Clinica offers quality, affordable medical, dental, and social services to the residents of Jackson County

WHAT: New La Clinica facility in Central Point

WHERE: 4900 Hamrick Road, just off Pine Street

WHY: By the end of 2007, current La Clinica facilities will be beyond capacity and turning away patients

HOW: Through grants and community support, La Clinica will raise $3.5 million to build and sustain the Central Point Clinic

WHO BENEFITS: Those who are uninsured, underinsured, homeless, elderly, mentally ill, or who otherwise have barriers to basic health care. All other Jackson County residents because providing quality affordable care to needy populations helps lower overall health care and insurance costs
