La Clinica del Valle Family Health Care Center was founded in 1988 to serve the primary and preventive health care needs of the migrant and seasonal farm worker community in Jackson County, Oregon.  In response to the increasing need for affordable primary and preventive health care within our general population, we expanded to serve our entire community, with a particular focus on those whose poverty impedes their ability to access health care services.
 
Our mission is to provide quality medical, dental, and social services to the diverse populations within our communities, especially to those who face barriers to health care. 
 
La Clinica offers services through six health center sites and provides comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, and social services.
