Health Insurance
La Clinica accepts:
· more than 200 different private insurance plans;
· the Oregon Health Plan (OHP);
· and Medicare.
We help our patients apply for the Oregon Health Plan. To learn more about the OHP or to schedule an appointment to fill out an OHP applicatin, call Grace at 541-512-3119 or 541-618-1320.
To support our low-income and uninsured patients, La Clinica offers grants to offset the cost of our services.
