La Clinica is helping patients live their healthiest lives possible through a wellness approach to care offered across our community health centers.
In addition to quality medical and dental services, patients have access to complementary services such as physical therapy and wellness coaches who work as part of care teams and are available to help patients make choices to set their lives on healthy paths. We offer a variety of classes, from mindfulness to healthy eating to Zumba.
Many of these services are centered at La Clinica Wellness Center, 730 Biddle Road, Medford, where we’ve incorporated a community kitchen and exercise and meeting space into a medical office. Classes are available to all La Clinica patients.
