Join us in this relaxing class and learn tools and techniques for self-care and pain management.
- This class offers:
- -Gentle movements practices for releasing muscle and joint pain as well as chronic tension in your body
- -Breathing practices to calm anxiety
- -Mindfulness and meditation
- -Progressive muscle relaxation and guided deep relaxation
This class is taught in English
Every Tuesdays from noon to 1 p.m. open to all. $2-$10 per class, based on sliding scale, or buy a 10-class punch card to get a discount. Call for details. You will need to come to our Wellness Center to pay ahead for the class.
