5:30 pm - Healthy cooking for families

Looking for a way to make your family’s mealtime delicious and healthy? Drop in for a free evening cooking class at La Clinica Wellness Center. These classes are led by our staff and volunteer guests. Come for one or all three sessions! Classes are from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26; Wednesday, Nov. 9; and Wednesday, Dec. 7. Classes are open to students and family: register with staff at your school health center; young children are welcome. These classes are offered in English and Spanish and are made possible in part by a generous donation from Lithia Motors.
