Healthy Sleep

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until April 2, 2020

In this 4-week workshop you will learn 14 easy steps to healthier sleep. This group is based on the book of Dr.Sarah Ballantyne aka “The Paleo”, an award winning medical biophysicist. In the workshop you will:

  • Learn the relationship between sleep, food, and disease risk.
  • Understand the science of sleep in a fun, simple way
  • Be less irritable.
  • Have a strong immune system.
  • Improve your memory.
  • Make sleep a priority and simply sleep better!


This group is led by Diana Cazares, behavior health clinician and Amanda Steele, wellness coach. This group will start Thursday March 12- April 2 from 5:30-6:45 p.m. at our La Clinica West Medford Health Center. its open to all La Clinica patients interested in improving sleep. Space is limited.
