Mobile Health Center at Howard Elementary School
La Clinica Mobile Health Center offers health care to students and their families on Wednesday afternoons from 1:00 – 5:00 PM at Howard Elementary School 286 Mace Rd, Medford, OR 97501. Services are open to family members on a drop-in basis (under 15 requires Parent/Guardian consent); staff can bill patients’ insurance or offer services on an income-based sliding-scale basis. There will be someone to help families sign up for OHP on site. View more information about Mobile Health services.
