The community got a look at a partnership between Rogue Community College and La Clinica that provides training opportunities for students preparing for careers as dental assistants or dental hygienists.
For more than 15 years La Clinica and RCC have collaborated on hands-on learning experience for dental students. The partnership was in the news this week as the community college highlighted the practical learning opportunities. It is presenting a “Rogue Works!” campaign to inform people about job training options. Preparing dental professionals aims to help meet shortages in the region.
