La Clinica CEO Brenda Johnson will give a free luncheon presentation at noon, Thursday, Jan. 23, in the ballroom at Inn at the Commons, 200 N. Riverside Ave., Medford, about how the organization continuously evolves to provide exceptional care for everyone who needs it.
She will talk about how La Clinica creates excellence through innovation and highlight the next steps in mapping out a strategy to serve the community’s needs. In her presentation, she will share tools and processes for managing change, nurturing collaboration, and embracing new ideas.
