Praneeta Aviles is a family nurse practitioner who is part of La Clinica’s Advanced Practitioner Residency Program. She sees patients at Phoenix Health Center while gaining advanced training.
She earned her master’s degree in nursing to become a family nurse practitioner from United States University in San Diego, Calif. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Oregon Health & Science University.
She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the nursing honor society Sigma Theta Tau, Beta Psi Chapter, and the Emergency Nurses Association. She has worked in emergency services and is part of the Oregon Sexual Assault Task Force.
Praneeta is inspired to provide service to the community in her role as a primary care provider. She focuses on empowering patients to be active in planning and making health care decisions.
