Visit the doctor: We’re offering video and phone visits to keep you as safe and healthy as possible. To schedule either, call us at 541-618-1300 and we’ll get you set up. Sign up for OHP benefits: Are you newly uninsured? We have employees trained to answer your questions about Oregon Health Plan benefits and guide you through the process of signing up. Call us at 541-414-1189 or email benefitenrollment@laclinicahealth.org. This is a free service of La Clinica.
