Seated Joint Freeing Series, gentle movement for joints, Laura Winslow:
This video guides you through the gentle movement of each joint in conjunction with the breath. Enjoy this practice anytime you feel the need to release tension in the body and mind. Regularly moving your joints can help reduce pain and stiffness, keep your joints flexible, improve circulation, strength and balance, and decrease the potential for injuries. Move mindfully, gently and smoothly. If you feel pain, try visualizing the movement first and then proceed very slowly, making the movements as small as you need to for safety and comfort.
