In this 4-week workshop you will learn 14 easy steps to healthier sleep. This group is based on the book of Dr. Sarah Ballantyne aka “The Paleo Mom”, an award-winning medical biophysicist.
In this workshop you will:
Learn the relationship between sleep, food, and disease risk.
Understand the science of sleep in a fun, simple way.
Be less irritable.
Have a stronger immune system.
Improve your memory.
Make sleep a priority and simply sleep better!
This workshop will be led by Diana Cazares, behavioral health clinician,
and Amanda Steele, wellness coach.
Open to all La Clinica patients (18 and older) interested in improving sleep
