La Clinica has community pharmacies inside the Phoenix Health Center and the Wellness Center that are open to all. It also works in partnership with several pharmacies to promote health, wellness, and disease prevention, and offer discounts to qualifying patients. Patients decide where they want to get prescriptions filled.
La Clinica also uses e-prescription services that allow orders to be sent electronically to pharmacies and for the pharmacies to send refill authorization requests back to providers electronically.
La Clinica assists patients in accessing drugs directly from pharmaceutical companies through our Prescription Assistance Program.
La Clinica participates in the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program to purchase medications at an average of 51 percent below retail pharmacy prices for our low-income and uninsured patients.
Need a refill?
Please call your pharmacist for prescription renewals. Have your prescription information available when calling. So you don’t run out, prescriptions renewals should be ordered three to five days in advance. Mail orders may take longer.
