HOW TO DONATE

• Donate online here. 
• Donate by mail.
  Please click here for a printable donation form. Simply fill out this form and mail it to La Clinica with your donation. Our mailing address:

• Donate by phone.
  Contact Danette Moss at 541-690-3558. Danette will process your credit card information.

• Donate through United Way or your employee giving plan.
  If your employer matches your gift or allows you to designate your United Way gift to any nonprofit organization, please consider La Clinica. If you are a government employee, you may designate your gift through the Combined Federal Campaign by listing La Clinica as the recipient.
• Donate via estate planning.
  In many cases planned giving options, like giving through a will or naming La Clinica as a beneficiary, provide tax benefits to the donor and help support La Clinica’s programs and services. For more information contact our development office at 541-512-3152 or by email.
• Donate via memorial or tribute giving.
  A gift in memory of a family member or special person may be made to La Clinica.
