Elena Wade is a family nurse practitioner who sees patients at La Clinica’s walk-in Acute Care Clinic. Originally from New York, she joined La Clinica in 2023.
Elena earned her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in nursing from the University of Central Florida, in Orlando, Florida. She is certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Prior to coming to La Clinica she worked in a health clinic in the pharmacy chain CVS, at a college health center, and in a neonatal intensive care unit. She was drawn to La Clinica’s mission statement to serve people in the most need with exceptional, affordable, and compassionate care, inspiring them to lead full and healthy lives. She strives to understand patients’ perspectives and guide them to the best possible outcomes.
When Elena’s not at work, she enjoys family time, the outdoors, travelling, baking, cooking, and reading.
