Stacey Andrews is a family nurse practitioner who joined the La Clinica team in August 2020. She sees patients at the Acute Care Clinic.
Stacey is a Navy veteran who has worked as a firefighter, paramedic, and emergency room nurse. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Oregon Health and Science University in 2013 while co-enrolled in Southern Oregon University studying psychology. She also holds a master’s degree in family nursing practice from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky, and is working on her post graduate certification in functional medicine from the online School of Applied Functional Medicine. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and certified by that organization.
Originally from Hayward, California, Stacey moved to Ashland in 2010 with her three active kids. Living in Southern Oregon has brought many adventures and an appreciation for the outdoors. She enjoys spending as much time as possible outside walking, running, mountain biking, or paddle boarding. Raising kids, she’s been involved in sports and activities in their schools. She also loves great coffee and trying new locally owned coffee shops.
Stacey first came to La Clinica at a student nurse practitioner at the Wellness Center.
“I loved the whole-person approach and all the resources La Clinica worked so hard to provide for its community,” she said.
She focuses on wellness in caring for patients. She is eager to get to know people and their communities so she can address barriers and guide them toward their health goals.
“Everyone deserves the opportunity to be the best version of themselves,” she said.
